Day and Night Setting
Matching display type to a room: Do you know that your room light determines which type of display will be appropriate for the room. The Black & White levels and color saturation of the picture depend on the type of screen. Plasma, LED, LCD, or a projector in relation to the room’s ambient light makes or breaks picture quality.
Getting the whole and the right picture: It is common in almost all flat-panel displays for the picture to distort. This is all because of the aspect ratios being wrong.
Getting nothing but the picture: In some cases, pictures viewed on projectors or flat panels have many artifacts, which are not a part of the movie. This is when improper black levels add information that the director did not intend to show.
Extending the useful life of the display: All emissive devices like CRT, Plasma, LED panels, and Light bulbs or LCD projectors have a half-life.
